Repent

This word is seldomly used today; so the intent of the message is to wake up whomever may read it. Repentance is a major key in our Salvation and there is no such thing as an unrepentant believer—meaning there is a lacking of the Spirit of God. Repentance is not only acknowledging that we are sinners but is to make a complete 180 from a lifestyle of sin and submitting to God’s Will not ours. Not only for the believers, but this is a message for the unbelievers and their dire need to Repent and understand our need of a Savior. “Repent” may be perceived as blunt or offensive; however, it is evidential of the love that the believer has for the world. How can you say you love someone, but never share the Gospel with them and the perspective of sin in the eyes of a Holy God,

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent, and believe the Gospel.” – Mark 1:15
