Shipping & Returns


All completed orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number for your order. Tracking numbers will update once USPS have received package and processed within their system. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please check your spam or junk folders.

All orders are shipped via USPS and are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. To ensure your package arrives on time, please make sure that your address is listed correctly when placing order. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped; therefore, we are not responsible for non-delivery due to input of incorrect address.

Once package has been shipped and in the hands of USPS, Tetelestai Clothing is not responsible for the loss of damage to your package. If there are any delays and/or concerns with your package, please resort to contacting your local post office with tracking information for your package.

Return Policy 

Tetelestai allows returns within 15 business days from the original shipped date. Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for return. All original tags/packaging must remain intact. In the event that an item was shipped to the customer damaged, or customer received the incorrect item, Tetelestai will accept the return of the item and offer a replacement/exchange or refund. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, the item can be exchanged for store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.

Customers may experience shipping delays during major holidays including but not limited to: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Refunds can be expected within 3-5 business days.
