Simply put, we believe Scripture is the sole source and authority for our spiritual life. The message is to put all on notice that regardless of circumstances and the current ideology of the culture, we are not bending to fit-in. More importantly, we are not bending God’s Word or are we tolerating the manipulation of God’s Word to assimilate to the culture—we are not going along to get alone. Its’ plain and simple, if it doesn’t concur with Scripture then it can’t coincide with our lifestyle.

Sola Scriptura simply means that all truth necessary for our salvation and spiritual life is taught either explicitly or implicitly in Scripture. Scripture is therefore the perfect and only standard of spiritual truth, revealing infallibly all that we must believe in order to be saved and all that we must do in order to glorify God. – J.
