How is the fit/cut of T-shirts? 
Most of our t-shirts are made from one of the world’s most widely known shirt makers – Bella Canvas, Lane Seven & Hanes Brand. Our clothing is made to last and feel good on your body.
 
When will my order arrive? 
All orders are shipped via USPS and are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. All completed orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number for your order. In most cases you should receive your order within 5 business day.
 
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
 
Is telestaibrand.com a secure website?
Absolutely!! We value the protection and privacy of your personal and financial information. We use both Shopify’s Point of Sale (POS) Gateway and the PayPal Payments Terminal to complete your transactions accurately and securely.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)
